Registration costs

Regular: 650 €

ISSS member: 500 €

Student: 500 €

Student - ISSS member: 450 €

(VAT included - This is an all inclusive meeting: registration covers welcome cocktail, all coffee breaks and lunches, social events (Visit at Pommery Champagne or Vaux le Vicomte Castle, to be chosen at the time of payment on a first come, first served basis), gala dinner and abstract book)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent by email to the secretariat before April 30th.
All bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount and all approved refunds will be issued after the congress has ended.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

An official invitation letter will be sent by the secretariat upon request.
Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.
To request an official invitation letter, participant should first complete the registration process.
